Information Overload

The average Internet user has more information, literally, at her/his fingertips than any other time in history. Yet, we cannot conclude that this means any of us are more informed than ever. Nor can anyone say that the Internet accounts for more misinformation than before, but its potential to transmit such data efficiently is well known.

Do digital capabilities make us smarter, more informed or the opposite? Information Overload? examines this question to its full extent and wonders how what we find will as this condition moves forward.

Information Overload Suggested Subcategories

Suggested Subcategories are just that, suggested. Each may still contain a paradox, but some may simply further elucidate the parent. Any link with an adjacent icon will pop up with additional information. In most cases, you can stay on this page, but still see connected ideas. Registered users should suggest any candidate for discussion.
